I had a gift certificate and I couldn't decide between a massage and a facial, but I knew my skin needed help so I booked an osmosis facial with Grace.

The best, most relaxing, skin rejuvenating facial I've ever had, and it included an amazing massage to boot!

Grace is amazing - listens, knows her ingredients and is a super nice person.--

My review comes from my background exploring wellness in a variety of places including Grove Park in Asheville, Sedona, Arizona, Vegas, Florida Keys, New York, Chicago, San Francisco, etc. INIS has been more a part of my life for 17 years than doctors have. Mary is an incredible leader with a staff of kind, giving experts in their field. From the staff helping to book, to the awesome products, it is truly the Spirit of the Island and I have been in Topsail since 1995. I would highly recommend Sunny for massage and Grace for facials. We are so blessed to have INIS in our lives for health, healing, comfort, and joy.

Jen was a gem! She did a fantastic job helping to heal my neck pain. She also used comforting and relaxing techniques that I have never experienced with other massage therapists. I highly recommend her.

Highly recommend Inis spa! I have had a facial by Grace, which was my first and it was amazing, and have now had two massages by Kara! I live 45 minutes away and will continue to make the trip there for a massage! Kara puts in WORK on my upper back/shoulders and neck, leaving me feeling like a new person. If you’re in the area, or even if you’re not but you’re looking for a good massage, go see Kara in Surf City!

This is probably one of the best spa experiences I have had in a long time.
Mary and her staff truly make you feel like an old friend in this tranquil welcoming environment.
I had an amazing facial and a wonderful massage.
If you are in surf city and want to treat your elf to a few hours of pampering this is the place to visit.Myself my daughter and a friend visited and we all agree we will be back.--
