Appointment Information and Policies
Inis Spa strives to provide the best possible experience to all of it's visitors and clients. In order to do this, there are some things that we ask of our clients.
Booking: Credit Card information is required at time of booking. If you are paying with Gift Card, please provide gift card number.
Groups: Groups of four or more are required to pay a 20% deposit a week prior to appointment date. This helps maintain availability for you and our therapists.
Cancellations: Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, or failure to show up to your appointment on time may result in full charges to your credit card, or a deduction to your gift certificate. This courtesy enables us to compensate our employees for their time and maintain a higher availability of our time for you as well as others. By scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to our cancellation policy.
Arrival Time: Please arrive 10- 15 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment so that you can complete our client information profile. Please be aware if you are late, your service time may be shortened or even cancelled without refund. This is a courtesy to our staff and other clients.
Gratuity: Gratuity for services is not included in the prices, but it is appreciated. Envelopes are available at the front desk.
Gift Cards: Gift cards are available to purchase for any dollar amount; in person, or by link on our website. Gift cards are non-refundable.
Payment Options: We accept all major credit cards and cash. We do not accept checks.
