If you have a fever or are exhibiting any symptoms such as coughing, sneezing, sore throat, or shortness of breath, please call us to reschedule your appointment.
Please, always silence your cell phone while in the spa!
Cancellations: Less than 24 hours notice, or failure to show up to your appointment on time may result in full charges to your credit card, or a deduction to your gift certificate. This courtesy enables us to compensate our employees for their time and maintain a higher availability of our time for you as well as others. By scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to our cancellation policy.
Booking: Credit Card information is required at time of booking. If you are paying with Gift Card, please provide gift card number.
Groups: Groups of four or more are required to pay a 20% deposit a week prior to appointment date. This helps maintain availability for you and our therapists.

Pet Policy: We all love our furry companions, but...
No animals allowed.
Service Dogs specifically trained to aid a person with a disability are welcome.
The State Board of Cosmetology has specific Rules and Regulations stating that no animals are allowed in a salon or spa at any time. Service dogs are allowed, not emotional support animals.
Animals: As set forth in Chapter 21 NCAC 14H .0402 -The presence of animals or birds shall be prohibited. Fish in an enclosure and animals trained for the purpose of accompanying disabled persons are exempt.
Service Animal vs. Emotional Support Animal
Service Animal: Under the ADA, a service animal is defined as a dog that has been individually trained to do work or perform tasks for an individual with a disability. The task(s) performed by the dog must be directly related to the person’s disability.
ESA (Emotional Support Animal): This type is NOT recognized as a “working service animal”, but as an emotional support animal. An emotional support animal (ESA) does NOT need to be trained to perform a significant life task for you.
The only legal protections an Emotional Support Animal has are 1) to fly with their emotionally or psychologically disabled handler in the cabin of an aircraft and 2) to qualify for no-pet housing. No other public or private entity (motels, restaurants, stores, etc.) is required to allow your ESA to accompany you.
