Cancellations: A valid credit card number or gift certificate is required to reserve your appointment.
All cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will result in full charges to your credit card, or a deduction to your gift certificate. This courtesy enables us to compensate our employees for their time and maintains a higher availability of our time for you as well as others. By scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to our cancellation policy
Arrival Time: Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment so that you can complete or update our client information profile. . Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment.
Gratuity: Gratuity for services is not included in the prices, but it is appreciated. Envelopes are available at the front desk.
