Cancellations: All cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will result in full charges to your credit card, or a deduction to your gift certificate. This courtesy enables us to compensate our employees for their time and maintains a higher availability of our time for you as well as others. By scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to our cancellation policy.

Arrival Time: Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment so that you can complete or update our client information
profile. Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment.

Gratuity: Gratuity for services is not included in the prices, but it is appreciated. Envelopes are available at the front desk.

Gift Certificates: Gift certificates are available for all occasions.
